How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2-3 months ahead for most expeditions. Peak summer trips (June-August) often sell out 4-6 months in advance due to our small group sizes.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled 60+ days before departure. 50% refund 30-59 days out. No refund within 30 days, but you can transfer your booking to a future date for a small fee.
Are the trips suitable for all fitness levels?
Most of our expeditions involve moderate activity levels. We clearly indicate difficulty ratings on each trip page and can suggest alternatives if you have specific concerns.
Can I request a private expedition?
Absolutely. We offer private departures for groups of 4 or more. Contact us for custom pricing and itinerary options tailored to your interests.
