Booking and Reservations

Booking Process

Submitting a booking request through our website constitutes an offer to purchase services. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your booking in writing and receive the required deposit.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Payment

A deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due as specified in your booking confirmation. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following cancellation terms apply to confirmed bookings:

• 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fee of $100 CAD
• 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund, but booking may be transferred to a future date for a $200 CAD transfer fee (subject to availability)

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

• Use reasonable skill and care in arranging your expedition
• Provide accurate information about our services
• Notify you promptly of any significant changes to your booking

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during booking
• Ensure you meet any physical requirements for your chosen expedition
• Obtain appropriate travel insurance
• Arrive at designated meeting points on time
• Follow safety instructions from guides
• Respect local laws, customs, and the environment
• Ensure you have valid travel documents

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service
• We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, or pandemics

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of brisk-shelter or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

User Content
